The 2-bedroom apartment (covered area - 85 sq. m, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen,
a bathroom, balcony) is situated in a very cozy and quite part of tourist area of
Limassol, and is only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Within short walking distance
from complex there are plenty restaurants, shops, bars, most of which work twenty-four
hours a day. The complex has a swimming pool. The balcony provides view of the sea.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during
your stay: air-conditioning units in every room, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven,
toaster, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer, TV with satellite, etc. It has everything
you might need, including 2 sets of bed sheets and towels, as well as all the necessary
washing and cleaning supplies. A parking space is available. The normal living capacity
is 4 guests, but could, on request, be increased up to 5.
