The 2-bedroom apartment (covered area - 94 sq. m, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen,
a toilet, a bathroom, big balcony) is situated in the center of Limassol’s tourist
area, and is a 2 minute walk from the sea. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools, one
for adults and one for children. The way the complex is built will guarantee every
guest complete privacy. Within short walking distance from complex there are plenty
restaurants, shops, bars, most of which work twenty-four hours a day. The terrace
presents beautiful view of the swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished and
equipped with everything you might need during your stay: air-conditioning units
in every room, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, iron,
hair-dryer, TV with satellite, etc. It has everything you might need, including 2
sets of bed sheets and towels, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning
supplies. A parking space is available. The normal living capacity is 4 guests, but
could, on request, be increased up to 5.
