This 2-bedroom apartment (covered area - 95 sq. m, 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen,
big bathroom, 2 balconies) is situated in a very quiet part of Limassol’s tourist
area, close to "Apollonia Hotel". There are gardens all around the apartment block,
creating a wonderful atmosphere of being isolated from the noise of the city, even
though the apartment building is only a 3 minute walk from the sea. The balcony provides
view of the sea and the gardens. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with
everything you might need during your stay: air-conditioning units in every room,
refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer,
TV with satellite, etc. It has everything you might need, including 2 sets of bed
sheets and towels, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies. A
parking space is available. The normal living capacity is 4 guests, but could, on
request, be increased up to 5.
