You can book holiday apartment or villa minimum for 1 week. Check-in time is 2-00 p.m. Check-out is 12-00 p.m. All the utilities and transfer from any Cyprus airport are covered by the company. Baby cribs, high chairs and so on can be provided upon request. There is a system of discounts: if you book holiday apartment or villa for more than a month - you get 10% discount, 2 months - 15%, and 3 months - 20%. During the period of November to April, if the rental period exceeds 3 months, the current prices for long term rent are applied.

Ones we receive the above information we will e-mail you a voucher which you will submit to the Cyprus embassy to obtain your visa.

After confirmation of booking

As soon as you get your tickets please let us know the flight number, the date and time of arrival in Cyprus. You will be met by one of our employees at any Cyprus airport and taken to the holiday apartment or villa you booked, where a simple rental form will be signed for our records. You choose the appropriate method of payment – we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, or a direct bank transfer. If you wish, you can pay the for the whole booking (rental) period in advance with bank transfer – in that case we can send you vouchers and booking(rental) agreement signed and stamped by us already.

2. You will always live in beautiful comfortable apartments, penthouses, cottages, or villas, with a large and cosy living room, where you can have small or large gatherings of family and friends, as well as have, depending on your choice, two, three, or four bedrooms at your disposal.

 If you have family, children or parents, you can avoid the inconvenience of hotel living arrangements, where you are forced to live in separate rooms on separate floors.
